Pamela, (we've forgotten how many last names she has from her many marriages!) were sued by many former employees of their day cares-which were closed by various government agencies. Dr. Matusic objects to a local reporter video recording him driving his wife's BMW from a TV station, where he answers questions on the air. Did we mention the BMW didn't have a current registration? Nor did the day care's bus.
In addition to improperly punishing the journalist for utilizing his First Amendment rights, Harshbarger crapped on the Second Amendment and banned the reporter from possessing any weapons-for two years!

In Michigan, foolish judge Dennis M. Wiley, of Berrien County District Court, sentenced Zachery Anderson, 19, to 90 days in jail, probation, and forced him to register as a sex offender.
Why, because Anderson had sex with a 14-year-old girl who ADMITS THAT SHE LIED about her age!

Judge From Hell Michael J. Kelly refused to allow the same child that he denied a final visit, with his dying grandmother, and then repeatedly lied about it, have a 2015 visit with her husband, the child's seriously ill grandfather.
When Judge from Hell Phillip M. Stowers refused one appeal, then recused himself from another, the case was assigned to designated Judicial Hatchet Man John W. Hatcher, Jr. who denied the appeal and ordered that the plaintiff not be able to file any documents without being represented by a lawyer-in direct violation of The First Amendment AND the West Virginia Constitution! The case is being appealed to the West Virginia Supreme Court-
Hatcher, who apparently won't pose for photographs, has already been slapped down by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in a case involving a bus driver that had sex with a student!
The Court SHOULD have tossed Hatcher off the bench and sent him to prison for protecting a sex offender!!!

Another West Virginia Family Court Judge has resigned. This time it is Logan County's Jason D. Harwood, 42.
Harwood is accused of having sex with his former secretary as well as giving legal advice to a friend. Both are against the West Virginia Judicial Canons.
He faced disciplinary action by the West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission. As part of his resignation, Harwood agrees not to hold another judicial office in The Mountain State.
He may still practice law.
Harwood's case load sometimes included litigants from Putnam County. This is the case with many judges as litigants relocate.

Wilson, Chair of the West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission not only cleared West Virginia's Lear Jet Justice Robin Jean Davis, but he attacked the media and Bill Maloney, who filed the complaint. It seems Judge Wilson hates The First Amendment, part of The United States Constitution that he is charged with upholding! Wilson prefers that all judicial complaints be kept secret - like the meetings that his JIC holds when it decides to charge judges. In America, we believe in Freedom of Speech and Transparency in Government. Here are Wilson's own words where he criticizes Maloney:
Maloney, a well-known political figure, violated the confidentiality rule imposed on all who file complaints against judges. The Commission cannot even acknowledge the existence of a complaint, and the complainant is not permitted to publicize its filing. There are good reasons for this rule. Public release of a pending complaint hampers investigations. Allegations against judges are frequent in our system for redressing civil wrongs. Almost all judicial complaints are based upon a litigant’s unhappiness with a court ruling or result. In almost every lawsuit there is a winner and a loser, and the latter tends to blame the presiding judge for his misfortune. However, a judge’s ruling is not normally a violation of the judicial canons, and the Commission cannot change the outcome of any case.
Even though there may be no ethics violation, people still say horrible things about the judge — who is normally prohibited from responding publicly to criticism. Believe it or not, judges are human beings with hearts and feelings. In West Virginia, judges have to run for office, and mere allegations can destroy a career. Mr. Maloney is not an uneducated person. He released this complaint knowing the political implications. Not only did he get publicity from releasing the complaint, but his allegations and comments denigrated Justice Davis.

From Arkansas, we have the report of District Judge Joseph Boeckmann being charged (by the disciplinary board) with providing lighter sentences to young boys for sexual favors.
According to television station KARK, Boeckmann was also charged, in 2011, with conflict of interest.
